Getting started
Choose the experience that fits.
Student mode organizes courses, study sessions, exams, goals and flashcards. Professional mode organizes timed tasks, projects, folders, operational objectives and deadline monitoring.
Yes. Guest mode offers separate student and professional timers with local totals. Guest information is stored in your browser session and does not provide the complete history, objectives, analytics or cloud continuity available with an account.

Timers and sound
Reliable time tracking.
Modern browsers require a user action before playing audio automatically. Select Enable end sound after starting a timer so the default or personal 30-second sound can play when time expires.
The elapsed time is preserved. Student sessions distinguish interrupted work from completed work; professional tasks retain the actual duration for performance analysis.

Data and analytics
Understand every indicator.
Edyex analyses only the information recorded in your account to identify useful next steps. Depending on the mode and the features you use, this may include:
- your objectives and progress toward them;
- completed timer sessions, consistency and time allocation;
- your timetable, exams and approaching deadlines;
- review-card progress, including new, difficult and mastered cards;
- for professional work, planned versus actual task duration and project progress.
Transparent rules compare these signals to detect progress, delays, imbalances or priorities. Each recommendation describes the situation and, when useful, suggests a direct action. The recommendation engine does not use an external language model; an external model is contacted only when you explicitly request automatic review-card generation.
Recommendations are guidance based on the available data. You remain responsible for deciding whether they fit your situation.
Progress uses completed timed activity associated with the relevant course, project or folder. Worker objectives begin counting activity from the date the objective is created.
Readable text is extracted from the uploaded file. Relevant course content and your optional instructions are then transmitted securely to a language-model service to create an editable draft. The original document is deleted immediately after processing and is not stored. Review every generated card and do not upload confidential or sensitive information.

Plans and billing
Choose the right level of support.
The Free plan includes student and professional timers, courses, tasks, projects, folders, objectives, core analytics and recommendations, up to seven professional planning blocks per week, manual flashcards, the default timer sound and two successful automatic flashcard generations per account.
A Free account can create up to seven professional calendar blocks in each Monday-to-Sunday week. The allowance renews for every new week. Existing blocks remain visible and can still be edited, completed, started or deleted after the limit is reached. Advanced accounts can create unlimited blocks.
Advanced includes unlimited professional planning, complete analytics, CSV and Excel exports, advanced personalized recommendations, complete monitoring with priority alerts and action plans, a personal 30-second timer sound and unlimited automatic flashcard generation.
Advanced costs 10 $ CAD per month or 60 $ CAD per year. The annual option saves 60 $ compared with twelve monthly payments. Stripe securely handles checkout and subscription management.
A generation is counted only after the service successfully produces an editable draft. A technical failure does not consume the quota. The limit belongs to the account and does not reset when you sign out or change devices.

Account and privacy
Control your information.
Application records are scoped to the account that created them. Authorized service providers or administrators may access limited information when necessary to operate, secure or support the service.
Use the Contact page and select a privacy-related subject in your message. We may verify your identity before responding. Applicable legal exceptions may limit certain requests. Read the privacy policy.
